![]() This will help out on your flexibility easily. Do bodyweight lunges, stretch out your hip flexors, your interior hips, and your calves. If you aren't already, stretch every day. If you can't maintain a good form it's going to be down to flexibility or core strength. The biggest problem is the proper technique and form. ![]() In my experience, I've found that most people have enough strength in their legs to dunk already. ![]() Found that calf raises did basically nothing. Bulgarian split squat with dumbells (not very heavy, I used 2x10kg and heavier if I went to the gym), 4 sets of ~10-12 reps. ![]() 6'2 (just about with shoes) with 7'8 standing reach (got short arms).Ĭan't squat for shit, more like never really tried as it wasn't my focus. Increased my vertical by ~5-6 inches and still looking to get more. Various stretches and bodyweight exercises with some plyometrics. ![]()
